Delivery 

Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and credit card authorization. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours via e-mail. All time scales exclude weekends. Any order made during the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

Regular parcel – 1 to 7 working days - free
Xpresspost – 1 to 2 working days - $10
Priority courier - next day delivery - $15 

All orders are sent in plain packaging. For delivery purposes, our name and address will be included in one corner of the package, on an address label.

All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. For information on what steps you are required to take should no-one be available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier directly.

Returns 

In line with our femm retail store policy, we are pleased to offer our clients 100% guarantee. If you are not satisfied in any way with your order we will exchange the product or provide a refund. The goods should be returned unworn, all labels should be intact and all garments should be in a proper re-saleable condition. We also require that the items are returned within 30 days of receipt.

Please also note that the delivery cost is not liable for a refund. When making an exchange or receiving a refund, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded.

For example - when returning a product subject to free delivery you forfeit the FREE delivery and Femm deducts $5 to $10.00 from your final refund amount to cover our costs for the delivery. The exact sum depends on the original delivery address. 

Return Address

For your protection, we recommend that you get a certificate of posting, available from the Post Office, which will enable you to make a claim should the goods be lost or delayed in the post. Femm.ca will not accept responsibility for any goods until we receive them.
